One-piece solution. Compact system consisting of rollers and tank ready to be housed anywhere.
Biorulli® Biological Disc Rotors Monoblock M 200
2 m diameter discs and metal tubAn intermediate-sized version of the one-piece biodiscs, the M 200 series is suitable for hotels, villages, small communities, and industries. Tank optionally made of treated and painted carbon or AISI 304-316 stainless steel. Efficiency and extreme ease of installation.
Easy installation. Compactness, small size and limited need for civil works make it an easily manageable solution.
Minimum lifecycle cost. Low acquisition, maintenance and resource utilization costs result in optimal return on investment.
Extreme flexibility with load variations. The system is insensitive to large variations (plus or minus) in both biological and hydraulic load, even if they last for many hours. It does not suffer from a lack of influent even protracted for several days.
Modularity and scalability. Facilities can be upgraded at later times by adding additional units.
Low energy use. The system works mechanically. Consequent reduction in operating costs.
Monoblock M 200 series biodiscs: description
Biorulli® M-series Biological Disc Rotors are monoblock solutions, complete with rollers and containment tank: they are therefore compact and versatile units for installation in open or enclosed locations.
The Biorulli® Monoblock M 200 system of biodiscs, or biological disc rotors, consists of 2 m diameter rollers: an intermediate version between the M 115 (disc diameter: 1.15 m) and M 240 (disc diameter: 2.4 m) systems. Easy to install and requiring little civil works, suitable for hotels, villages, small communities, and industries of various types with loads to be disposed of that are not too high.
The tank is made of either treated and painted carbon steel or AISI 304-316 stainless steel. The cover is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester. The total area occupied is relatively small. These structural features lead the M 200 biodisc system to be the most popular version among civil or industrial wastewater treatment customers.
