Like any equipment, water treatment systems need periodic maintenance: at stake is the proper and safe operation of the system, according to “factory” performance.
We offer different levels of after-sales service, starting from simple inspection visits, to free the Customer from equipment-related tasks.
If previously agreed, there is also the possibility of extending the warranty on the acquired equipment beyond the canonical two years.

As MITA Water Technologies, we can also offer our customers a fee for a budgeted number of interventions.
The advantage is also significant because it relieves the customer of an important impediment: namely, that of keeping track of the deadlines suggested in the installation manual. A task that is instead delegated to MITA Water Technologies: given a routine schedule, our specialists contact the customer’s technicians and arrange with them for on-site inspections. In this way, users of our solutions can focus on the core aspects of their business and the installation.
