A new chapter for MITA WT: the energy of “Day 1” together with CRH and Oldcastle Infrastructure
Siziano (PV), June 8, 2026 – An atmosphere of great enthusiasm welcomed us today at our headquarters in Siziano, where colleagues from CRH and Oldcastle Infrastructure paid us a special visit to officially mark our entry into one of the world’s most important groups in the infrastructure sector. This shared journey begins under the banner of innovation and growth.
The entire team experienced a meaningful day of meetings and collaboration. The program began with a convivial lunch at the company premises, providing an informal opportunity for the MITA WT team to get to know their new partners and immediately experience the spirit of collaboration that will guide us in the years ahead. In the afternoon, the conference room hosted the official presentations, during which the Group’s vision was outlined together with the strategic role that MITA WT will play within this new global organization.
1. United by safety and excellence
This week of activities, which will continue through Thursday, June 11, is dedicated to aligning strategies and integrating operational methodologies.
A key message that emerged strongly from the initial discussions is the absolute commitment to workplace safety, a value fully embraced by MITA WT and representing a top priority for the CRH Group. All under the banner of the shared mission:
“Building the Future of Water Together”.
2. Looking to the future with pride
MITA WT’s entry into the Oldcastle Infrastructure family, a company of the CRH Group, follows the acquisition of our parent company, Axius Water, officially completed on June 2nd.
For all of us at MITA WT, this step is not only a milestone but also an extraordinary opportunity: combining our expertise in biological treatment and filtration with the strength and global scale of a leader such as CRH. We are ready to bring our technological solutions to customers around the world, with the same passion as always and a new, great family by our side.
